The Letters To Governments Part 1 mailings have been completed. The following nations received invitations to their own personal Counseling Of Nations at New Jerusalem via postal mail:

A second round of invitations have recently been mailed to 33 nations. The list will be posted after time has passed for them to receive their correspondence.

For the United States, I will offer their Counseling Of Nations specifically geared towards their current and ongoing problems, in hopes of helping this nation, which in turn will help most other nations directly and non-directly. Initial and secondary contact letters were sent to select congress people (how and why they were selected is too involved to state here).
