Tribute to QUIET RIOT whose METAL HEALTH album was released this week 32 years ago. Plus:
Minutes and footage from the European Delegation to the World Council meeting held earlier in the day in Helsinki Finland. On the agenda: closer observation of IMF cronyism, review of evidence related to the mass use of passive radar type devices; plus construction plans for magnetometer/spectrometer devices making use of the seek/find protocols for reverse tracking of signals proliferation, and observations concerning use of cellular radar functions as spectral weaponry. Initial plans to introduce delegation populations to the World Council online forums and construction of regional True Democracy using the formulas decided upon in 2012 and deeper discussions of True Democracy functionality.
