After 12 years of research into passive cellular radar, a variety of passive covert radar, I can guarantee a majority of this worldwide (it's way all over, England is just one place of thousands this problem has appeared), well over half of these complaints,  is caused by microwave communications over cellular and related microwave networks.  Using cellular radar (celldar) you can eavesdrop using this system.  Newer digital processing allows simulated 3-d imaging, and that includes through your walls.  You can be miles away from active cellular mast and networks and still get this infrasonic resonance caused by the use of covert passive radar over point to point cellular networks.  This is probably the biggest problem of the digital communications age yet.  This stuff, using GPS, can be set up to "beam" microwave energy at will, using near-to-target cell networks where virtual point-to-point reflections give a strong signals path, creating the perfect clandestine directed energy weapon.  Simple cell locators like stingray can locate your target in locale using their cell phone, then using celldar you can watch them and when they are close enough to a cell reception point, set up a dead-head signals feed.  This is the proverbial beast, evil. Read about how it can be done in the Underground Sound webzine via Underground Records.  Truth is stranger than fiction.
