Got a can of old tuna, a can of corn, some oats and a can of small potatoes left, and one bag of ramen. Gonna whip it all up later and hope Spike is hungry enough to share. He's pissed and raising hell because he's not getting fed much. Not much I can do but keep on trying. Been calling this Department of Human resources Food Stamp number all day. Seems to be a scam, it just makes you go through a half dozen prompts, tells you the call volume is too high and hangs up on you. The State Of Georgia's obvious methodology to discourage you trying, and to with-hold food from the poor and unemployed. Still nothing from the DOT on the moving/relocation reimbursements. Mom called them yesterday, seems to be another joke the State indulges in. Gonna try this number a few more times. Will post this interview fiasco in future posts. They send you a letter which arrives AFTER your interview time. They also tell you it's at like 9:30am and it could be within an hour later of that, then call around 5pm that afternoon from a disguised number (1-111-111-111, really?) and wonder why you "missed your interview time". I hear from numerous people this is their modus operandi, they're doing this to everyone. Jesus Christ such bullshit....
Buddy was coming by with a sack of peppers, tomatoes and okra but he couldn't find the place, got mad and went home. Well hell, some fresh veggies woulda been good eatin'!
