"Some people get confused about justice as opposed to law. Laws may not have to do so much with justice as with administration of authority, which is almost always at some level self-serving or serving those or that which grant it authority to administer punishment. Justice on the other hand at the core serves the weak, oppressed and those done wrong. It cares not so much for authority as it does righteousness; for justice nurtures as opposed to punishes.

I come to administer justice, and seek it from each nation, regardless of its laws. Should it's law forcefully supersede justice, then that nation which allows such, and in fact revels in injustice, it doomed to utter failure and destruction......."
