Why taxing hemp will not work

Taxing is not the answer, and further down the road this idea that the government controls the growing of hemp for revenue purposes will keep cartels in business, because more than likely your retarded leaders will make the taxes and fees too high for the poor, who will continue to buy it illegally. Have some common sense about this people. A federal license to grow your own, say at a rate of about $300 for so many plants would allow people of any income level to have themselves a garden and effectively destroy the illegal-hemp business. Not some big huge multi-thousand dollar mess which will make the rich the only ones who can get into the "growing business". Hemp is already legal through THE WORD as stated in the BOOK OF DIVINITY (http://www.angelfire.com/ca/wtw/book1.html), and it doesn't mean the government can charge some outrageous fees for a right that is already yours, given by God.

To close, I'd like to address the perpetual investigation that has existed for over a decade now, where I'm "looked" at in hopes of finding me growing hemp in the Herb Gardens of New Jerusalem, or selling it in my little country store, or doing something illegal concerning "drugs". Listen you stupid fuckers, I don't grow or sell pot, never had and don't believe in it. Just because I advocate common sense and freedom as THE WORD gives us (not just the Book Of Divinity, early in the Bible it states something about plants being for our use, look in Genesis) that does not mean, at all, that you can continuously investigate me for something to do with drugs that does not exist. Freedom Of Speech allows me to state whenever I want that your policies are wrong, and that does not either give rights for a perpetual investigation. It used to be, I just looked at it like you people are stupid, now, obviously it has gone on so long I consider it threatening, and potentially violent, because there is nothing going on, and after 10 years if you can't understand that, then yes you ARE FUCKING IDIOTS. The next time you fly helicopters or airplanes over sacred land, meaning my herb gardens, looking for pot that does not, and has not ever, existed, I will take it as acts of war against me, since this is part of your "war". I don't want anything to do with your crazy, stupid, wars? Do you understand? Same thing goes for all these people who come into my store looking for pot, or something illegal. I grow medicinal herbs to help people, I don't grow intoxicants to sell to folks to get high. Still, I have the right to state that hemp should be legal, even if I don't grow it now. Hopefully all you dumb-asses understand this, because you have dug yourself a hole in which you're playing a dangerous game, and I don't play these kinds of stupid games.

Give a license to people to grow small amounts of hemp, and that part of your "drug" problem will almost go away. Try to create an "industry" by charing outrageous fees and taxes, and you will fail, again.
