First the bomb, radio comes on at about 100 decibels, the shock accompanied by a stinging gas on my nostrils.

As the song fades, the announcer cherringly applies...
"It's 23 with a wind chill of 12 this morning in Chattanooga....."
WTF? Before I could move, I steadied myself for the conversion between bed and blankets and the winter's kiss.
